Mystique® Chuck a Duc (Bird Dummy)

The dummy was nicknamed the Chuck A Duc bird dummy at the Living Heritage Show at Burley.

It has been extensively tested by us, Gundog trainers and enthusiasts in the last 18 months, it has even survived several assaults from the furry border death machine.

Ideal for all types of training. The Bird shape allows the dog to get used to a larger feel in the mouth, while the rope allows it to be thrown further than the conventional canvas gundog dummy. The head on the dummy is to create a more realistic feel to the dummy as it loosly flaps when the dog retrieves the dummy.

The Chuck a Duc dummy is available in a variety of colours including: Khaki/Orange, Lime Green, Beige/Brown, Red/Brown, Purple/Black and Orange/Black. 

Small is approx 250g and the large is approx 350g.

Our dummies are specially designed for hunting dogs. Dummies are not toys. Dummies are not intended for tugging or biting. The basic requirement for training is the so-called soft mouth, which prevents the wild animals or the dummies from being damaged by a solid bite, as a result they are unusable. Choose wisely right size of the dummy for your dog´s mouth, too small size could be dangerous. Dummy is used for training purposes, competitions and working tests.

Never leave your dog with the dummy unattended, to avoid damage to the product, possible damage and possible injury to you and your dog. Regularly check the condition of the product, if it is not damaged. In case of any damage, please do not use the product! During lifetime of the product, there can occurs some change of colour shade, which do not have affect on it´s use. We do not recommend exposing the product to direct sunlight, which leads to changes in the colour shade and properties of the material.
